Thank you for shopping with Official RONIN Apparel. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipping.

  • Standard processing time is 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Official RONIN Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

  • Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier for reimbursement.

  • Any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties will not be refunded. Customers may request re-shipment at their own expense.
